Embodied Women's Circle
In these circles, we come together to share and experience community in a supported space. You can be unapologetically you and experience that you are not alone. We will also arrive into our body and embody all that is alive in us through some body moving exercises and rituals.
The power of Sisterhood
Women circles have helped and still help me everytime to feel not alone in what I am feeling or experiencing in life. It has helped me to express myself authenticly and validate how I feel. Women circle's have thought me the art of taking and giving pace and to listen without judgement.

You are so welcome, to share, to move your body and to express yourself authentically. The women circle's are based on my own experiences with women circle's and tantra festivals, including tantra workshops for women.

What to expect from a circle
A supported space
I wish to create a space where you may feel supported to arrive in your body, to feel held with what is alive in you, and to express yourself authentically, without judgement of yourself and others. A space where you can simply be and nothing has to do. Everything is an invitation.
Meditation & Visualisation
Meditation can help us get out of our minds into our body, and to not identify ourselves with what is alive in us. It is the art of observing thoughts and feelings that arise in us, without judgement or trying to push them away.
Tantra & Embodiment
My circles include aspects of Tantra, based on my own experience. Tantra means feeling, emotionally, physically, spiritually and mentally. In Tantra I learned to embody and express what is alive in me.
Dance and any sort of body movement (shaking, free dancing, hip movements) can help us to let emotions flow through us and release what we no longer needs to hold. It can help us to understand our bodies and connect to our nature.
Sharing without judgement
The women circles I host include a sharing circle. You get the space to share what is on your heart, without feedback, just to give it the space you need. It can help to validate how we feel and understand what is alive in us when we express and listen to others their sharings. It can also be a simple release.
Themes
Every circle is different and the form of the circles are depending on the theme of the day. These themes can include all aspects of womanhood, such as our menstruational cycle and the seasons we go through, exploring our wild and sensual self, and any topic that is present in our lives.
